Oscar Morales has spent his life using his personal and career experiences to help customers around the world by exploring customer interactions through compelling displays & story telling. With broad experience in customer service, fashion styling, and Visual merchandising, Oscar has worked on many international projects—from styling shows for Madrid Fashion Week, executing pop-ups in world renown department stores such as Selfridges London and Kadawe Berlin, and overseeing store openings throughout Europe, to ultimately creating compelling VM guidelines and training programs used worldwide.

He received his education at the Centro de estudios del Video in Madrid where he obtained a private diploma for completing his studies in Fashion History and Styling. Soon after, he started working for well-known fashion stylists before moving into retail management and visual merchandising in Madrid and London.

Oscar united his diverse skills and experience working for the American leather goods brand, Coach, where he’d consistently advanced year-over-year—ultimately leading him to New York City where acted as Global Visual Merchandising Sr Manager for all men’s categories and channels. This experience has allowed him to create and develop the visual merchandising strategies for the brand that are executed in stores globally, generating increased revenue and brand awareness.

After relocating to Los Angeles from NYC, he’s currently leading the VM team in the West Coast for the iconic British brand TED BAKER LONDON as Visual Merchandising Manager.
